One course – Two certificates!

Agile Project Management – AgilePM is a complete Agile project management method. It is based on DSDM method (owned by DSDM Consortium) – one of the first complete agile project management methods. It’s newest 2.0 version is a basis for this accredited training and certification.

Agile Business Analysis – AgileBA is the same method of agile project management, but seen from a Business Analyst perspective. Basic knowledge of the method is the same however this approach deals in more detailed way with Business Case, modelling techniques, facilitation skills and other topics specific for Business Analyst.

This training course is organized jointly by the School of Business Competences, Sofia and Open Management Education Centre – OMEC, Poland, as accredited training and certification organization.

Course description

AgilePM/AgileBA Foundation is dedicated for project managers and agile team members originating both from IT and business. It is a full set of knowledge on agile project team behaviour and working processes on two levels: project management level (project manager, business sponsor, business visionary) and team management level (team leader, business analyst, business ambassador, business and technical advisors, solution developer, solution tester). It covers philosophy, principles, roles and responsibilities, the process and products of agile management in corporate environment. Strong theoretical foundations are supported by number of exercises that allow participants to understand how temperaments, emotions, communications, group processes, conflicts and changes affect successful project delivery according to agile approach

AgilePM/AgileBA Foundation also includes – apart from AgilePM extensive learning- extensions specific for business analysis topics, to be used by people in Business Analyst roles in agile project teams.

During the training there are several mock exams and sample tests presented. They are for candidate preparation to both examinations.

The first session is usually organised in the afternoon just after the training, and the second one – typically a day after. Successful candidates receive AgilePM Foundation or AgileBA Foundation certificate issued by APM Group Ltd. Or both

Pre-requisites

Certification exams

The first exam session is usually organised at the end of Day 3.

The second exam session is typically organised the first day after the training. This course is accredited by APM Group Ltd.

Certificate

All delegates will receive certificate of attendance.

The successful delegates for AgilePM certification exam will receive AgilePM® FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE. This certificate is amandatory requirement for AgilePM® Practitioner certification.

The successful delegates for AgileBA certification exam will receive AgileBA® FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE.

N.B. This course provide 18-20 PDUs for PMP certificates owners!
